Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable booking amount per person is required at the time of confirmation
• Remaining INR balance must be paid during visa processing
• Entire foreign currency component must be cleared prior to departure as per the schedule advised by the company
• Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy and airline regulations
• Hotel check-in time is generally 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs
• Child age between 2–11 years will be considered as a child sharing with parents
• All rates are subject to availability and may change at the time of booking
• The company reserves the right to change hotels, sightseeing, or itinerary with similar standards in unavoidable circumstances
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services during the tour
• Guests must report any issues during the tour itself for immediate resolution
• Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate
• The company is not responsible for flight delays, schedule changes, missed meals, or missed sightseeing due to unavoidable circumstances
• Package cost may vary due to fluctuation in airline taxes, government taxes, or currency exchange rates
• Travel insurance for senior citizens may incur additional charges
• All sightseeing and entrances are subject to weather conditions, operational availability, and local regulations
