• A non-refundable amount of INR 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining INR balance to be paid during visa application.
• Entire EUR component must be paid 30 days before departure.
• Cancellation 35 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation 20 days before departure: No refund.
• Surcharges may apply during trade fairs, weekends, or special events.
• Standard hotel check-in is 1400 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs.
• Child age 2–11 years; above 11 years considered adult.
• Rates and availability are subject to change at booking time.
• Alternative accommodation and sightseeing of equal standard may be used.
• No refund for unused services during the tour.
• Tour issues should be reported immediately during the tour.
• Visa approval is subject to embassy and immigration authorities.
• Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances or natural calamities.
• The company is not responsible for missed services due to flight delays.
• Excess baggage charges must be paid directly by clients.
• Package cost may change due to airline taxes or exchange rate fluctuations.
• All entrances are subject to availability and weather conditions.
