Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable amount of INR 100,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining INR balance must be paid on the day of visa application.
• Entire EUR component must be paid 45 days prior to departure.
• Cancellation 35 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation 20 days prior to departure: No refund.
• Surcharges may apply during trade fairs, special events, or weekends.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs.
• Child age 2–11 years; above 11 years considered adult.
• Rates and availability are subject to change.
• Company reserves the right to use alternate hotels and services of equal or higher standards.
• No refunds for unused services.
• Tour issues must be reported during the tour itself.
• Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
• Company is not responsible for delays due to flights, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tour itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Excess baggage charges are payable by clients.
• Package cost may change due to airline taxes or currency exchange fluctuations.
• Entrances are subject to availability and weather conditions.
