Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable booking amount per person is required at the time of booking confirmation
• Remaining balance payment must be cleared before departure as per the payment schedule provided by the company
• Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy and airline cancellation rules
• Cancellation 45 days prior to departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded
• Cancellation 25 days prior to departure: No amount will be refunded
• Hotel check-in time is generally 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Timings may vary depending on hotel policies
• Child age between 2–11 years will be considered as a child. Above 11 years will be treated as an adult
• All package rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking
• The company reserves the right to change hotels, sightseeing tours, transfers, or itinerary with similar standards in unavoidable circumstances
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services such as meals, sightseeing, transportation, hotel stay, cruise, or entrance tickets
• Guests must report any issues during the tour itself for immediate resolution. Complaints after completion of the tour may not be entertained
• Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
• The company is not responsible for delays, missed services, or itinerary changes due to flight delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances
• Package cost may change due to fluctuations in airline fares, fuel surcharges, government taxes, tourism taxes, or foreign exchange rates
• Travel insurance for senior citizens may incur additional charges
• All sightseeing, desert safari activities, dhow cruises, attractions, and entrances are subject to weather conditions, operational availability, and local authority regulations
• Tourism Dirham fees, hotel city taxes, and government levies (if applicable) must be paid as per prevailing regulations
• Any personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, telephone charges, porterage, optional tours, shopping expenses, and additional meals are not included unless specifically mentioned
• Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents including passport, visa, travel insurance, and identification proof throughout the tour
• Desert safari activities may not be recommended for pregnant women, senior citizens with medical conditions, or guests with back or heart-related issues
• The company is not responsible for excess baggage charges levied by airlines
