Berlin, Zagreb and Budapest Tour Overview

Berlin, Zagreb and Budapest Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Assemble at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport 4 hours before boarding the flight where you meet your tour coordinator. After a short briefing, proceed to board the flight to Delhi at 0710 hours. Reach Indira Gandhi International Airport at around 0935 hours and complete your immigration formalities. Then proceed to catch the connecting flight to Frankfurt at 1335 hours. Arrive Frankfurt Airport at around 1840 hours and after immigration clearance and baggage collection, board the coach and proceed to hotel for check-in. Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Overnight in Frankfurt, Germany
Day 2
Breakfast at hotel and proceed for City Orientation Tour of Frankfurt including – the Römerberg, Haus Wertheym, Iron Bridge, Neue Altstadt, St. Paul's Church.

Then transfer to Berlin and upon reaching, proceed to hotel for check-in. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Berlin, Germany
Day 3
Breakfast at hotel and proceed for a Guided Orientation Tour of Berlin including – Berlin Wall, Brandenburg Gate, Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and Reichstag Building.
Then drive to Prague (approx. 4 hours' drive) and arrive Prague around 1800 hours. Upon reaching Prague, proceed to board the Vltava Cruise (01 hour) and enjoy a sumptuous dinner. Later transfer to hotel and check in.
Vltava Cruise: Get a comprehensive tour of Prague from the water on this river cruise on the Vltava. View landmarks like Kampa Island, Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. Be sure to bring your camera for photo stop from waterborne vantage points.

Day 4
Breakfast at hotel and proceed for Orientation Tour of Prague along with a visit to – Prague Castle following Route A.
Prague Castle is a castle complex in Prague, Czech Republic, built in the 9th century. It is the official office of the President of the Czech Republic. The castle was a seat of power for kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman emperors, and presidents of Czechoslovakia.
Then continue to visit - Prague Old Town Square, Spanish Synagogue, St. Agnes Monastery, Republic Square, Municipal House, Powder Tower, State Opera House, National Museum, Wenceslas Square, New Town Hall, Charles Bridge and Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square.

Day 5
After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Krakow (550 km) approx. 7 hours' drive.
One of the largest cities in Poland, Krakow is known primarily for its grand historic architecture and cultural leadership; UNESCO designated its old town area a World Heritage site in 1978. The ancient capital of Poland, it is beautiful, gracious, charming, fascinating, and untouched by the Second World War, unlike most of the rest of Poland. It is architecturally organic, all of a piece, a royal market town, with a small core, and larger districts outside of the core.
Upon arrival at Krakow in the afternoon, transfer to hotel for check-in and rest. Later, proceed to visit the most famous Auschwitz Concentration Camp.
The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum is a museum on the site of the Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland. The site includes the main concentration camp at Auschwitz I and the remains of the concentration and extermination camp at Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Both were developed and run by Nazi Germany during its occupation of Poland in 1939–1945. The Polish government has preserved the site as a research centre and in memory of the 1.1 million people who died there, including 960,000 Jews, during World War II and the Holocaust. It became a World Heritage Site in 1979.

Day 6
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Budapest. Arrive Budapest and proceed for Guided City Tour of Budapest and visit - the Citadel, Matthias Church, Fishermen Baston, Heroes Square, see the Chain Bridge that connects the cities of Buda and Pest.
In the evening, enjoy some free time near the Danube River to see the panoramic sights of Budapest. Dinner & Overnight in Budapest, Hungary
Day 7
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Zagreb. Arrive Zagreb and proceed for Guided City Tour of Zagreb (entrance not included) that includes –
Zrinjevac Park (Nikola Šubiæ Zrinski square), a beautiful Cathedral where you will hear the story about the founding of Zagreb and the "church hill” Kaptol
Visit the city's most vibrant street Tkalèiæeva Street Visit the heart of the medieval Gradec Hill, today a home to the colorful roof of St. Mark's Church, and the Parliament and Government buildings
. Visit the beautiful St. Catherine's Church known for its Baroque stucco decorations and painted ceiling You can also visit the Lotršèak Tower (optional) and enjoy the shortest funicular ride in the world (tickets not included). Return back to hotel and rest of the evening is free at leisure. Dinner & Overnight in Zagreb, Croatia
Day 8
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Ljubljana. Upon reaching Ljubljana, take a Funicular Ride to Ljubljana Castle (entrance included).
Ljubljana Castle is a castle complex standing on Castle Hill above downtown Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It is a key landmark of the town. Originally a medieval fortress, it was probably constructed in the 11th century and rebuilt in the 12th century.
Later proceed for Pletna Boat Ride in order to visit the beautiful Bled Castle (entrance included).
Bled Castle is a medieval castle built on a precipice above the city of Bled in Slovenia, overlooking Lake Bled. According to written sources, it is the oldest Slovenian castle and is currently one of the most visited tourist attractions in Slovenia.
Finally proceed for dinner and then transfer to hotel for check-in.
Overnight in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Day 9
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Salzburg (284 km approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival at Salzburg, proceed for Orientation Tour of Salzburg including - Mirabell Palace. Spend some time at the Mirabell Palace and Gardens (Sound of Music) and enjoy the view. The palace was built in 1606 by prince-archbishop Wolf Dietrich for his beloved Salome Alt.
Afterwards, proceed to visit Salzwelten Salzburg - The Hallein Salt Mine.
Also known as Salzbergwerk Dürrnberg, it is an underground salt mine located in the Dürrnberg plateau above Hallein, Austria. The mine has been worked for over 2600 years since the time of the Celtic tribes and earlier. It helped ensure nearby Salzburg would become a powerful trading community.
Later proceed for dinner at Indian Restaurant and then
transfer to hotel for check-in.

Day 10
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Vienna. Upon arrival at Vienna, proceed to enjoy a Guided City Tour of Vienna including the Schonbrun Palace (entrance included).
The Schönbrunn Palace in its present form was built and remodeled during the 1740-50s during the reign of Empress Maria Theresa who received the estate as a wedding gift. Later proceed for Photo Stop at Hofburg and Belvedere palace. Finally transfer to hotel for check-in. Dinner & Overnight in Vienna, Austria
Day 11
On Board Relaxed breakfast at hotel and morning free at leisure. Later, check out and transfer to Vienna International Airport for your return flight to Delhi at 2030 hours.
Day 12
on Board Arrive Indira Gandhi International Airport at around 0700 hours to catch the connecting flight to Kolkata at 1220 hours. Reach Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport at around 1440 hours where you will separate from the
group and head home with happy memories.

Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable amount of INR 75,000 PER PAX (to be adjusted with the package cost) to be deposited at the time of booking
  • Remaining INR balance to be deposited on the day of Visa application
  • Entire EUR component to be paid in one go 30 days prior to departure
  • Cancellation 35 days prior to departure - 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 20 days prior to departure - No amount will be refunded
  • Surcharges apply for any trade fair / special event/weekend OR any other event in the city. Odd-time transfers may also incur supplement charges.
  • The standard check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours & check-out time is 1200 hours. However, in some cities / hotels, there might be an exception.
  • Child age 2 - 11 years; above 11 years is considered an adult
  • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking
  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standards.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours, etc.. Any issues arising while on tour should be informed to us immediately during the tour only in order for us to act on the same. Issues raised after the end of the tour will not be entitled to any feedback.. Granting / refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate / embassy / immigration authority.
  • We are not responsible for any missed services / meals due to change / delay in flight timing.
  • We are not responsible for any excess baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
  • Package Cost is subject to change due to increase or decrease in airline / govt. taxes as per IATA rule & Rate of Exchange for the mentioned currency. All entrances are subject to availability, weather conditions and unpredictable situations.
